This policy explains what personal data Fuell AI collects when you use our web app, mobile app and API (together, the “service”), why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Fuell AI is a business operations workspace for running teams, inventory, sales, bookings, customer messaging and related work. It is operated from India and available at platform-2026-bk1.pages.dev and api.agnihq.com.
When a business uses Fuell AI to manage its own staff and customers, that business decides what data it enters and why, and is responsible for it. We process that data on the business’s behalf, only to provide the service.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we collect:
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and the one-time codes used to sign in.
- Workspace data: what you and your team enter, such as employees, attendance, leave, payroll, inventory, orders, bookings, expenses, customers, leads and messages.
- Customer contact data: names, phone numbers and email addresses of a business’s customers, and their messaging consent choices.
- Payment data: plan and transaction details. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor, Razorpay; we do not store them.
- Connected account data: when you connect a third-party account such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google or Slack, the access tokens and account identifiers that service gives us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and request logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use data
- To create and secure your account, sign you in and keep your workspace separate from other businesses.
- To provide the features you use, including sending messages and notifications you or your business ask us to send.
- To process subscription payments and keep billing records.
- To provide AI features when you use them, by sending the relevant text to our AI provider.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce limits and investigate problems.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
A business can connect its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s Embedded Signup. When it does:
- Meta gives us the WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and an access token for that business. We store the token encrypted and use it only to act for that business.
- We send the message templates the business creates to Meta for approval, and send its messages to the recipients it chooses.
- We receive webhooks from Meta about template reviews, message delivery and replies, and show them to the business.
- We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except Meta and the business it belongs to.
The business can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from its Marketing page. We then delete the stored token and number. Meta’s own handling of this data is covered by the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest, each business’s data is isolated from every other business, and staff see only what their role permits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell affected users about a breach as the law requires.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data while your account or your business’s workspace is active. When it is deleted, we delete or anonymise its personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, which we keep only as long as required.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw consent, for example to marketing messages;
- complain to us, or to the relevant data protection authority.
Write to privacy@agnihq.com. If your data was entered by a business that uses Fuell AI, such as your employer or a shop you buy from, contact that business first; we will help it respond.
9. Deleting your data
To delete your account and its personal data:
- Email privacy@agnihq.com from the email address or phone number linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my data”.
- We confirm the request is yours, then delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
- We email you when the deletion is complete.
If you signed in or connected an account through Facebook or WhatsApp, you can also remove Fuell AI from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) and then send us the request above.
10. Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect.
